Amazing place. Sandwiches to go!
Worth the wait. It's rare to get breakfast this damn good. Don't skimp do the pure maple syrup add on.
Great eats and fun atmosphere
Very obviously the place to go in Stanley for breakfast! Everybody was here. Efficient, which is pretty important given how busy it was. I had the granola bowl, which was excellent, with a whole range of fruit in it. Varied menu.
We stumbled upon this wonderful place looking for a late breakfast. What a find!!! Such great food and service!! Lunch even starts at 11am. The place is like a cozy cabin with your family singing as they cook. We will make sure to come back every time we travel though.
Great atmosphere and food
Excellent breakfast. Quick service. I will definitely be back again.Nice atmosphere
A must try! Very good food!
Best coffee and breakfast ! Fast serve lane for coffee too (great if you don’t want to wait in line to eat before a nice early morning hike!). One morning we saved up for a leisurely breakfast (on our way out after a week in Stanley) and we were amazed by the great tastes breakfast offered. Seriously cannot go wrong with any meal or scone here!!
We’ve been to Stanley several times and this is our favorite place to breakfast. Warm atmosphere, family-friendly. Can eat as healthy or unhealthy as you prefer.
We look forward to coming here when in town. The biscuits and gravy are near the best you will get unless making it at home - lots of meat in the gravy, good biscuits and only 8 dollars which is reasonable anywhere, especially in the middle of the sawtooths! My wife likes the oatmeal pancakes. I have to say though, the last time we were there we ordered vegetarian sausage and, even though they swore it wasn't meat, I am 90% certain that it was. Careful if you care
Very delicious! Lots of options for everybody's tastes and preferences. We stopped in for coffee and pastries on a colder day and were pleasantly surprised with the menu options for meals. Its a great place to stop especially to fuel up for some serious hiking. Also, another bonus is the staff is friendly! That isn't something I take for granted these days!
The raspberry scone and cinnamon roll were divine. Definitely worth the stop if you’re in the area.
My parents reccomended this wonderful place in gorgeous Stanley. From the moment I saw the sign I had an instant sence of happiness & comfort. We walked in and got in a long line that went very fast. In the meantime we looked at the menu by the door. I Was overly pleased to see so much labelled gluten free items on their fabulous menu. Thank goodness. I Ordered Chiliquiles with a side of turkey chili. All of their food was so good and clean. Quality, fresh ingredients. The coffee tasted excellent. The service was perfect & a manager or owner table touched the entire time. The decorations were up to date with a rich cabin feel. I want to go back for our anniversary. I do not like and breakfast places. This one takes the pattycake.
Excellent with healthy options. Line starts forming at 6:45am for 7am opening. Casual. Super friendly staff. Great food, large portions.
We were a group of 7 arriving around 10am on Saturday. The line was out the door, moved slowly, but was well worth the wait!! Classic breakfast, yogurt bowl, oatmeal, and coffee & it was all delicious. Not a huge selection but homemade and fresh!
I travel a ton for work and food is my favorite part of travel and I gotta say this place stands up against anywhere I've been. Legit. The Crag sandwich and best orange juice I've ever had. I don't do reviews but I have to write this before I even leave the restaurant!
Do not come through Stanley without stopping at the Stanley Baking Company and Cafe. Excellent service, amazing breakfast and lunch offered. Fun place. Everyone is happy here😀
Really delicious spot. Had the oat and sourdough pancakes which I thoroughly enjoyed. Cinnamon buns are delicious as well. Very friendly service. I left very full and satisfied. Glad I got to check it out.
Errr , yeah if you are within a 100 miles of this place you should detour to check it out. The general area is amazing and this Stanley staple is a cornerstone of that community. Go go go.
An oasis in the mountains! Excellent breakfast and scrumptious pastries. Make it a point to visit while in Stanley. What a way to break your freeze-dried addiction!
This is definitely the best breakfast spot in Stanley. The service is always amazing. We got oatmeal pancakes breakfast platter - they were phenomenal and easily could be split between 2 people.
Fantastic breakfast! Do not be discouraged by a line out the door. It goes fairly fast and is worth it. Best pancakes I’ve ever had. The oatmeal and sourdough pancake options both stellar. I had Migas both days I went there. Too freaking good to not get it twice. Smashed taters are great too.
What a jewel! What views. Food is good breakfast fare, a bit pricey but worth it! Your in a magical spot on the planet, enjoy it!
Fantastic; although, surprised to see that the locale is more restaurant than bakery. Regardless, everything you taste will be scrumptious. If asked if you would like chili over it, always say yes.
Two days in a row we had fabulous breakfasts. It was busy, but once our order was placed the food came very quickly. The staff was very attentive and friendly. When we come back to Stanley we will definitely return for breakfast!
